Phoenix has been so busy and their singer Thomas Mars called me from the road to talk about everything.
We chatted about how fun it was to record their album Alpha Zulu at The Louvre, leaving their equipment for other bands to make music, going to a completely different space for more music, how much fun the tour is with Beck and a bunch of their friends, playing "Odyssey" every night with everyone on stage, how Phoenix is always looking forward and Thomas' theory on what causes brothers in bands to fight!
