Has it really been 19 years?! 19 years ago in Chicago, it was a bad day for random citizens because of the Dave Matthews Band's tour bus, when dirty toilet water was dumped out while the bus was going over the Kinzie Street Bridge. 800 pounds of poo-poo water hit people in a boat below and...blech! A bunch of them got sick and it was a mess.
Fast forward to now and the Riot Fest Historical Society just dedicated a plaque to remember, for better or worse, the horrifically stinky day. "No one died that day. But many wish they had." That's hilarious, except if you were one of the poor victims of the poo shower. Then it's not cool. But still funny.
