The Daily Star is reporting about Mr. Li, the guy who won almost $30 million from the lottery and is hiding it from his family. He showed up at the lottery office in Nanning, China, in a bird costume to keep his identity secret. Mr. Li said it's so his wife and child don't get lazy, knowing that the family has all of this money.
While it does seem a bit ridiculous, it is smart. We hear too many stories about lottery money changing people and, as great as it would be to have enough money to be set for the rest of your life, I can see where Mr. Li is coming from. Of course his family is going to be PISSED once they do find out. See. More money, more problems...
