The actual Rosebud Motel from Schitt's Creek is for sale. For just under $1.6 million, you can be the new owner of the Hockley Motel at 308399 Hockley Rd, Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. While the motel is currently not operating, you can certainly get it up and running with the six apartment-style rooms, plus a manager's suite above the main office.
Schitt's Creek isn't the only show that's filmed at the motel, either. Scenes were shot there for The Umbrella Academy and 11.22.63.
Jesse Tipping, the current owner of the motel, said he hopes that the new owners would turn it into a destination for Schitt's Creek fans, as many people come daily for photos and videos.
