It's an age old argument: are you bone-in or boneless when it comes to chicken wings? Clearly we know what side Andrew Christensen is on in this discussion, as he made an impassioned plea to the city council of Lincoln, Nebraska. He wants boneless wings to go, saying that they aren't really wings and it's sad to see that people put them on the same level as bone-in wings.
