Pink vinyl is coming and these special editions are all for a good cause.
This is the fourth year of Ten Bands One Cause, where ten bands will reissue their albums as special pink vinyl editions to raise money for Gilda's Club NYC. The purpose is to help out cancer patients and their families, and so far this project has raised over $144,000. The albums are coming out in October and will be sold in record stores everywhere.
The bands that are doing the pink vinyl this year are Portugal. The Man, GWAR, Metallica, Lucinda Williams, Mastodon, Lord Huron, Gary Clark Jr., Four Year Strong, Blue October and Dustin Kensrue.
