Dr. Howard Murad is a dermatologist in Los Angeles who thinks computer screens are damaging our skin. It isn't like you're laying in a tanning bed on full blast but the damage can happen. 4 days of sitting in front of a screen and being hit with "blue rays", according to Dr. Murad, is the same as sitting in direct sunlight for 20 minutes.
I think I'm going to take my chances on this one. I'm not grabbing the Banana Boat when I look at things to buy on Amazon or scanning Twitter.
