Sacha Baron Cohen is suing the Solar Therapeutics Cannabis Company over the use of his Borat character on billboards to promote its products.
Cohen claims the company is using his character to sell cannabis in Massachusetts by using the character's likeness and catchphrase, "It's nice."
Sacha is seeking $9 million in damages and he wants the court to block all usage of Borat's likeness, catchphrase, etc.
