Former Blackhawks assistant coach Bradley Aldrich often “turned on porn and began to masturbate in front of” one of the team’s members.
That’s according to a May lawsuit filed against the team, in which an unidentified player claims Blackhawks management refused to step in when he complained about the harassment in 2010. The eight-page lawsuit goes on to say Aldrich threatened to “physically, financially and emotionally” hurt the player if he “did not engage in sexual activity” with him.
The player, identified in the suit as "John Doe," is seeking $150,000 in damages.
Will the fact that the player waited 11 years to file the suit hurt his chances of winning?
