A TikToker named Emily, or @your.big.sis.emi, is sharing an insane story about a dating experience she recently dealt with.
She claims she went on a date with someone, and they are now suing her because she "broke a verbal contract to" hook up with him.
She explained why in the video, saying, "Once he removed his undergarments … I smelled the smell and saw the sight. “There were skid marks in his undies, and he had not washed in a long time."
She states she was able to get out of the lawsuit by confronting Chad’s father—who is also a lawyer. But later received cease and desist papers because of what she said on TikTok.
She ended her story by saying, "Also, is it slander if it’s true?"
