A newly revamped Disneyland ride is coming under fire.
“Snow White's Scary Adventure,” one of Disneyland's original rides, was recently revamped as “Snow White's Enchanted Wish.”
The ride reportedly features many upgrades, including the addition of the scene from the 1937 film in which Prince Charming wakes Snow White with "true love's kiss."
Critics say teaching kids that kissing, when it hasn't been established if both parties are willing to engage, is not okay.
They also say if one party is not awake for the kiss, there is no consent, as consent is not something that can be implied or assumed.
