Not many high school players can say their coach is a current NFL quarterback but that's the case for Myers Park High in Charlotte, N.C.
Continuing to coach high school was part of Josh McCown's conditions for signing the one-year deal with the Eagles after backup QB Nate Sudfield broke his wrist in the first preseason game.
CBS Sports reports the veteran signal caller will be on the sidelines every Friday night with Myers Park. He'll then fly to re-join the Eagles as Philadelphia's primary backup to Carson Wentz each game day.
Were you coached by a current or former pro? Should the Eagles have tried to get Colin Kaepernick?
