A BBC radio host learned that crossing the line on social media has dire consequences.
After the Duke and Duchess of Sussex showed their new baby Archie to the world, Danny Baker tweeted out a black and white picture of a couple holding hands with a dressed up chimpanzee.
The caption said, "Royal baby leaves hospital." People immediately denounced Baker's picture and caption as racist because of Duchess Meghan's bi-racial background.
Baker deleted the tweet and apologized but it was too little too late. He announced on Thursday that his "enormous mistake" cost him his job.
