A Florida senior is facing an assault charge after he allegedly filled a water pistol with urine and squirted a woman.
Gulfport resident Joel William Benjamin, 71, was arrested Sunday after police say he approached a woman who was walking her dog and squirted her several times. While Benjamin didn't offer a reason for the attack, he told police he'd "do it again," according to his arrest report.
He was freed Monday after posting a $500 bond.
Should police have tested the suspect for diseases?
