Michael Brisky, 42, of LaFayette, AL was charged with robbery and theft but maybe the police should have added "assault with hot sauce" to those charges too.
Michael robbed a convenience store last weekend.
He walked into the store, acted like he was going to purchase some candy and when the clerk opened her register he threw a cup of hot sauce in her face.
He then began to grab the cash. Police arrested him shortly after. No word on which sauce he used.
