An FDA Ban on E-Cigarettes?

Tobacco stocks are on the rise today with news that the FDA is threatening to pull e-cigarettes from shelves.

What's at issue for the FDA is the "widespread" use of E-Cigs by teenagers. The FDA is ordering the top E-Cig manufacturers to submit plans within 60 days detailing how the companies will prevent teens from using their products.

The result of the potential action from the FDA? Tobacco stocks like Altria, British American Tobacco and Philip Morris are on gaining value.

Do you see a lot of teens vaping? Should E-Cigs be banned? If keeping teens from smoking can be done, why can't the same be done with E-Cigs?
