Last year, a homeless veteran named Johnny Bobbit went viral when he used his last $20 to help out a stranded motorist. The good deed led to a GoFundMe campaign that raised over $400,000.
But now, Bobbit is fighting with the couple over the money that was raised. Bobbit says he got some money, but now the couple won't give him any more and fears the couple is spending it on themselves.
But Mark D'Amico, who started the GoFundMe, says Bobbit is a drug addicts and giving him all that money would be like "giving him a loaded gun". He says if Bobbit gets a job and stops doing drugs he'll get the funds.
GoFundMe says they're investigating how the money was handled and the whole thing could end up in court.
