Just like when doing construction you need to measure twice before cutting, you should probably double check the sketch before having it permanently inked on your body. And while it's an old joke that men forget their wedding anniversaries, it's likely you'd remember when it was just two weeks previous.
Wayne Lomax will never forget both his wedding date and the old adage as he ended up having the wrong month tattooed on his finger while trying to commemorate the big day.
His wife Natalie discovered the mistake while telling friends about the romantic gesture and noticed that he had July, not August as the date.
And while the couple was able to laugh the gaffe off, Wayne did return to the tattoo artist to have the date corrected.
Have you ever needed to get a tattoo corrected? What went wrong? Do you regret getting it in the first place?
