The late Evel Knievel might be the most well known and daring stunt man, but one day people will be singing the praises of Travis Pastrana.
Pastrana spent Sunday paying tribute Knievel by completing, and besting, three of his famous motorcycle jumps in an event called "Evel Live" for the History channel.
For his first jump, Pastrana recreated Knievel's 50-stacked-car jump from February of 1973, but adding two more cars. Then he successfully nailed Knievel's 1975 failed jump of 13 buses, adding three more.
Finally Pastrana successfully sailed over the fountains at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, a stunt that caused Knievel to suffer numerous injuries as a result.
What should Pastrana attempt next? An Olympic swimming pool filled with deadly aquatic animals? Springfield gorge?
