The city of Philadelphia has a couple of problems with people trying to rob ATM machines. The other problem they have is that they are using dynamite to open those ATM's.
A woman has been arrested after an explosion rocked a liquor store during an attempted ATM robbery in which a suspect placed a stick of dynamite into the machine.
There was substantial damage to the top of the ATM, but the cash remained unharmed and secure.
Two other attempted ATM robberies in the city are being investigated by the ATF and an arson squad.
