Someone should spin a wheel and see which excuse it lands on to explain what was seen on Thursday night's newscast in Buffalo. I'm sure it will be a weather balloon. It's always a weather balloon.
During the 11:20pm weather report, an object shoots across the night sky on a live shot of the city. The fast moving object then hooks north and gains altitude, flying out of the camera frame.
Meteorologist Andy Parker caught it and asked the rest of his crew if they saw it too.
ABC affiliate SkyWatch7 believes that the unidentified flying object was moving too quickly to be a plane, and too far away to be a bug, so perhaps a shooting star.
What do you think it could be? And if aliens touched down, would they pick Buffalo first?
