Maybe they just like to have an audience? A New Jersey couple were arrested in Seaside Heights after being caught Tuesday afternoon having sex beneath a statue of the Virgin Mary on the grounds of a Roman Catholic church.
The incident took place in what authorities describe as "secluded" despite the fact that a priest from Our Lady Of Perpetual Help caught them and the church is located next to a police station, from where multiple officers raced to the scene.
Anthony Getchius and Noelle Smart were both charged with lewdness and police are charging Getchius with creating a dangerous condition and obstructing the law. The couple will face a bail hearing on Wednesday.
