A New York couple were so tired of their 30-year-old son still living at home that they went to court to get him evicted.
Back in February, Christina and Mark Rotondo gave their son two weeks notice to clear his room and get out. When he still wouldn't leave, the Rotondos took him to court.
Michael tried to argue that he should get six months' notice. But the judge disagreed and ordered Michael out in 30 days.
Michael says he plans to appeal the decision.
