A Denver woman is facing charges after her attempt to heat up human urine in a 7-Eleven microwave went awry.
According to police, a clerk heard a "loud bang" after 26-year-old Angelique Sanchez put something in the microwave. The clerk says there was yellow liquid dripping from the microwave, which Sanchez wiped out with napkins.
Police found Sanchez at a nearby health clinic waiting for a physical and urine test. Urine samples are often checked to make sure they're at body temperature as a way of ensuring the sample is legit.
Sanchez allegedly told police that she cleaned up the mess and didn't understand what the problem was. She was given a summons for damaged property.
