This Household Item Could Help You Beat Arthritis

It's something we probably all have in our homes.  We use it for deodorizing our refrigerators and to make that home made slime that kids love! 

Scientists at Augusta University in Georgia have discovered health benefits from mixing baking soda in with a class of water daily.

The active ingredient, bicarbonate, has a positive affect on the spleen, which battles autoimmune diseases such as arthritis.

By the way, club soda has bicarbonate, which also acts as a common antacid, but seltzer does not.
