A Jacksonville, FLA man is outraged over a sexually graphic question that appeared on his daughter's homework assignment.
Omar Austin says the question about blood types showed up on his daughter's homework assignment for her Anatomy class.
The question reads "Ursula was angry after her boyfriend broke up with her after having sex. To get revenge, she had sex with his best friend the next day. Ursula had a beautiful baby girl nine months later. Ursula has type O blood, her ex-boyfriend has type AB blood and his best friend is type A blood. If her baby daddy is her ex-boyfriend what could the possible blood type(s) of her baby NOT be."
Austin called the question a "disgrace" and said "Those types of questions should be left for reality TV and soap operas"
The Duval County School District has apologized, saying the question was "highly inappropriate" and thanking Austin for bringing it to their attention.
Was the question inappropriate? Could the same question be asked without the "baby daddy" angle? Should public schools discuss sex with students, or leave that to the parents?
