Sad news for members of the WWE and fans. Hall of Famer "Luscious" Johnny Valiant was killed in a pedestrian accident on Wednesday.
Valiant, who was inducted to the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996, was crossing a busy street in Ross Township, Pennsylvania, when he was struck by a pickup truck.
He was rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead.
After retirement, Valiant managed Hulk Hogan in the American Wrestling Association and later was the manager for Brutus Beefcake and Greg Valentine in the WWE, then called the WWF.
