A woman is claiming that she was kicked out of a gym because of the tank top she was wearing.
Elyssa Lockington signed up for the Central Piedmont Community College gym, and said she was "taken aback and embarrassed" at the policy. "This is OK for high school dances, it should be OK for me to run on the treadmill in," Lockington said about the rule.
A spokesperson for CPCC says the reason the rule is there is for "hygiene and disease control reasons and the basis for the policy is to minimize skin contact with equipment and other persons and prevent the spread of disease like MRSA."
An argument that Lockington isn't buying at all. The fight continues.
Whose side are you on? The gym or Lockington?
