Outback employee fired for online comments

Tamlynn Yoder lost her job after taking to Facebook to complain about a customer leaving no tip on a take-out order.

The 25-year-old criticized the Christ Fellowship Church when they stiffed her after she helped prepare their $735 order.

She said she lost out on other tips, because the church's order took so long to put together, and she said 15% gratuities should be standard.

Outback has a strict policy forbidding employees from criticizing customers in social media forums.

Is she right about 15% minimum gratuities--take-out or sit-down?
