'I'm in Manassas, in the ghetto,' the unidentified woman says. 'You have probably five stores in Manassas and none of them wanted to do anything. I've already been to two of them.'
Sprint customer Juan simply suggested to the woman another store she could visit to try and get assistance after she complained on the phone she had already visited two. She quickly told him that she wasn't speaking to him and not to listen to her conversation, while using foul language and being quite racist.

Anyone know this crazy woman?
On Monday, Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure, who is a Bolivian American, replied to activist Shaun King's tweet of he video and wrote: '@ShaunKing This is totally unacceptable. There is no room for this kind of behavior. As a country we must do better.
