Baylor University Fraternity Suspended For Racist 'Cinco' Event

This isn't really cool.

While we all like to have a Margarita or Corona on Cinco de Mayo, there is a HUGE difference between celebrating and respecting a culture and being flat out racist.

According to BuzzFeed:

Skye Thomas, a freshman at Baylor who attended the party on Saturday, told BuzzFeed News that a majority of the people there "were dressed in sombreros, Mexican dresses, and flower crowns."

Thomas told BuzzFeed News that she saw one bartender in brownface as well as "multiple guys who were dancing on the table inside who were dressed in bright orange and green construction vests."

I mean, seriously?  People still do this?  See below for some Tweets and the statement from the University.
