You may remember the Disney sports film "Miracle" about the 1980 US Olympic Hockey Team starring Kurt Russell.
Michael Mantenuto, who co-starred in the 2004 movie playing Jack O'Callahan, was found dead in in his home. His death was ruled to be a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, the King County medical examiner's office in Seattle, Washington stated.
Mantenuto was a REAL hockey player, getting his start at the University of Maine before catching the acting bug. He also stared in the TV movie "Dirtbags" (2006) and had a small bit role in "Surfer Dude" (2008). After he quit acting, he then decided to join the army.
