This Mother (and I use that loosely) is facing serious child abuse charges after she kicked her daughter in the abdomen, causing the little girl to hit her head on their living room wall.
According to investigators, detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department in Gaithersburg – Major Crimes Division have arrested and charged 20-year-old Iris Hernandez Rivas, of the 400 block of Sunny Brook Terrace in Gaithersburg, with child abuse of her 4-year-old daughter.
