Well, this certainly is an interesting looking, uh, shirt?
I question it because is it REALLY a shirt? I mean, you wear it like one but it doesn't cover anything like one (unless you want to say the back does, and that's pushing it!).
The garment, that WAS being sold by Urban Outfitters for $16, has been described by Cosmo as an “ultra-cropped wife beater” and by Teen Vogue as “a white tank top that’s cropped so short, it doesn’t cover anything besides the model’s bra straps.”
According to Allure, its official name is the “Out From Under Extreme Crop Tank Top Shrug.”
As a guy, I wouldn't wear this, but ladies, my question is where on Earth would YOU wear this???
