One (male) doctor in Kansas has come up with a way to "deal" with periods that makes all the current options like tampons and period panties sound like a walk in the bloody park.
A widely shared Facebook post is drawing attention to a product called Mensez, which is just ... glue for your labia. "Mensez is a natural combination of amino acids and oil in a lipstick applicator that is applied to the lips downunder [sic] during the period," reads the description in Mensez advertisement captured and shared by Facebook user Thea Butler. The description for how this wild product actually works reads like something from a dystopian nightmare.
The doctor went on to say:
Yes, I am a man and you as a woman, should have come up with a better solution than diapers and plugs, but you didn't. Reason being women are focused on and distracted by your period 25% of the time, making them far less productive than they could be. Women tend to me far more creative than men, but their periods that stifle them and play with their heads.
