Substitute Teacher Charged For Allegedly Kissing 1st Graders, Saying His "Tongue fell into their mouths"

This Houston substitute teacher is being accused of sexual contact. Allegedly he's been touching and kissing these first graders inappropriately. He's left a lot of parents and staff in shock!
