For our final FeBREWary 2022 live broadcast, we asked on social media which brewery we should go to in Frederick, MD and the overwhelming choice was Idiom Brewing!

Face the Music (American IPA - 6.8% ABV)
This American IPA began with a huge load of Calypso Cryo hops in the mash with Comet, Simcoe and a touch of Nelson throughout the boil. We then fermented this fantastic brew with Cosmic Punch yeast (to take advantage of those thiol precursors from that huge mash hop) and then threw in a mega dry hop (of the same hops) at this bad boy to give it some dank notes of pine, tropical fruit, tangerine and a touch of white wine grapes with a wonderful bitterness to wrap it all up in a pretty little bow. It turned out amazing!
It will be released on 2/24 alongside Roche's last FeBREWary broadcast, at Idiom Brewing Co., from 3-7pm.
