Judge Mathis really tried to make a fool out of a crackhead on TV. The judge has a hunch that the retiree isn't being truthful with him and he thinks he knows why.
Mathis calls the man out for his arms shaking and tells him he looks like he'd do a whole 8-ball of crack right to his face while balling up a small piece of paper and putting it out in front of him.
He then tells the man he saw his arms shaking even though he tries to deny it.
