A 78-year-old man from Clearwater, Florida was arrested after an incident took place at a gym. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says the man, Robert Dvorak, got into an altercation with two sisters at the gym while waiting for his turn to use a piece of the gym equipment.
An affadavit says that Dvorak lost his patience while waiting and sat down on one of the women to use the machine.
The other woman reportedly told Dvorak to get off of her sister, but instead he pushed her away. Police say that Dvorak admitted to pushing the woman. Witnesses say that he was the aggressor in the incident.
Dvorak has been charged with simple battery.
