A 33-year-old man from France has gone to extreme lengths to make himself look like an alien... and went one step even further recently.
Anthony Leffredo, who has an Instagram account called the "Black Alien Project," had his ring and pinky fingers removed from one hand so that it would look more like a claw.
It's the latest in a series of significant procedures Leffredo has done, including having his nose and upper lip cut off, a tongue splitting, and tattoos across his entire body including his eyeballs.
Despite all of the drastic changes he has made to his body, Leffredo says he's only "34 percent" of the way to turning into an alien.
"I love getting into the shoes of a scary character. I often settle down somewhere and play a role, especially at night in the dark streets … I explore the contrast between the role I play and myself," Leffredo says.
