After locals in a town in Ireland were fed up that a "dangerous" pothole had been ignored for so long, they decided to celebrate it's 2nd birthday - complete with a birthday cake.
Residents of Connemara in western Ireland took to social media to "celebrate" the birthday with a caterpillar cake in hopes of raising awareness of the town's lack of action over road conditions.
The original photo was posted back in 2017 but was recently shared again to point out how long it took the local council to address the issue.
