Pranksters Put in Jail for Taking Oral Sex Photo Near Moscow Cathedral

Two "pranksters" have been jailed after they took a provocative photo in front of an iconic building in Russia.

According to the Daily Star, two 19-year-olds, Ruslani Murodzhonzoda, and model girlfriend Anastasia Chistova were sentenced to spend ten months in jail after taking a photo near the famous St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow.

The photo depicts Chistova performing oral sex on Murodzhonzoda with the Cathedral in the background while she was wearing a police jacket. Apparently, they were not actually engaging in oral sex in the photo but were posing in a way that made it seem like they were.

The Moscow district court found the couple guilty of "offending the feelings of religious people" even though they apologized for taking the photo.

Murodzhonzoda, a native of Tajikistan, will be deported from Russia after serving his sentence.

The couple is possibly the first to be sentenced to jail for "offending the feelings of religious people." Previously, the crime was punished with a fine or citation.
