Singer R. Kelly has been found guilty of all counts of racketeering and sex trafficking after a six-week trial in New York City.

He faced one count of racketeering and 8 counts of sex trafficking after decades of accusations were made against him. The trial included graphic and disturbing testimony about sex abuse.

9 hours of deliberation took place before the jury found Kelly guilty. He could now face decades in prison.

In 2008, R. Kelly avoided punishment after he was acquitted on 14 counts of child pornography.

Over four dozen witnesses were called by prosecutors who described in terrifying detail the true being of his nature when not in public. Nine women and two men accused Kelly of abuse or misconduct as well as eight of his former employees.

Kelly's lawyers attempted to convince the court and jurors that his conduct was all consensual and that their stories were fabricated. However, the seven men and five women on the jury sided with the witnesses.
