After reports surfaced on Friday that Brian Laundrie, boyfriend of missing Gabby Petito, had also gone missing, the Laundrie family issued a statement regarding Brian's whereabouts.
The statement was issued by attorney Richard B. Stafford and reads: "All of Gabby’s family want the world to know that Brian is not missing, he is hiding. Gabby is missing."
In addition, Josh Taylor, a public information officer for the North Port Police said on Friday, "His family has reported that they have not seen Brian as of Tuesday."
Brian Laundrie, according to reports, has not spoken to the police or Gabby's family regarding her whereabouts. Petito's family traveled to Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming, where she was possibly last seen, to help park officials, the FBI and local police search for her. The family believes Brian has more information about Gabby's disappearance.
