Adults Laugh At Student Who Discussed Grandma's Death at School Mask Debate

A high school student in Tennessee was interrupted and laughed at while stating his case for wearing masks at school earlier this week.

High school junior Grady Knox was addressing the school board and was explaining his concerns about the possibility of unknowingly brining COVID home where he has at-risk family members. Knox explains that his grandmother already died from the virus and then adults can be heard cackling.

Knox tries to continue speaking, but jeers can still be heard in the background. One school board chairman speaks up to say, "Guys, we're here to act professional."
