A naked woman disrupted a tense standoff between an armed man and Florida deputies on Sunday, according to an arrest affidavit.
Pinellas County Sheriffs say 28-year-old Jessica Smith of Boston, MA drove the golf cart through the active scene and disregarded orders from officers to get off the golf cart just past midnight on Sunday.
According the the report, an armed man was on the roof of a house when Smith drove through a perimeter set up by police. She allegedly passed through the marked areas and refused to get out of the cart.
"The defendant had a distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person was she was completely nude," reads the affidavit.
The man reportedly fired shots at people in the area before he climbed to the roof of the house. Officers say Smith's actions created more danger to the officers.
"The defendant's actions and inability to follow directions put multiple deputies at risk for potentially getting shot at," the affidavit says.
Smith was charged with resisting arrest without violence or obstruction.
