A Florida man was arrested after he allegedly followed a woman and her children and then started masturbating outside of a Miami Beach drugstore.
On August 19, police officers patrolling the area when they heard a woman standing over a man, shouting at him, "You are disgusting!"
The officers say then they watched the woman enter a Walgreens and returned with a mop with the intent to strike the man. The woman then stopped from hitting him after seeing the police officers approach them and she told them that the man had been following her and her two children for several blocks and was "openly masturbating" behind them.
According to the report, the officers witnessed the man, 55-year-old Giraldo Palacio, exposing himself and touching himself to other passerbys as well.
Palacio, listed as being homeless, was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child. The woman was not charged despite her intent to assault Palacio with the mop handle.
