Man Duct-Taped to Seat After Allegedly Groping Two Female Flight Attendants

An unruly passenger on a Frontier Airlines flight was duct-taped to a seat after he allegedly attacked a male flight attendant and groped the breasts of two female flight attendants.

The incident took place on Saturday on a flight from Philadelphia to Miami.

22-year-old Maxwell Berry reportedly started causing chaos on the flight after having "several drinks." He allegedly attacked a male flight attendant, and also groped the two female flight attendants, according to a police report.

Berry was so unruly that he ended up being duct-taped to a seat. He was then arrested once the flight reached its destination.

Frontier Airlines issued the following statement:

During a flight from Philadelphia to Miami on July 31, a passenger made inappropriate physical contact with a flight attendant and subsequently physically assaulted another flight attendant. As a result, the passenger needed to be restrained until the flight landed in Miami and law enforcement arrived. The flight attendants will be, as required in such circumstances, relieved of flying pending completion of investigation of the events.

Berry was charged with three counts of battery.
