A Florida woman was arrested and charged after she allegedly destroyed an Outback Steakhouse and Mojo Grill in a naked rampage.
An Ocala Police Department officer responded to a call of a woman "acting out of control" at a Mojo Grill near Silver Springs, Florida, and the woman was topless and banging on tables and windows. Shortly prior, a similar call was made regarding a naked woman acting "crazy" and smashing things at an Outback Steakhouse bar.
According to a sheriff's report, the responding officer arrived at the Mojo Grill and noted there was glass and broken bottles everywhere. 53-year-old Tina Kindred was naked with bottles in her hands, and upon seeing the officer, allegedly threw a glass bottle at him. She then threw multiple other bottles as he told her to get to the ground.
The officer used his taser to take Kindred to the ground and placed her in handcuffs. Kindred was then transported to an Advent Health for treatment.
According to the report, Kindred claimed she chose the Mojo Grill because the owner denied her service. She also admitted to going inside the Outback with the intent of destroying the bar.
Kindred tested positive to THC but did not have any other narcotics in her according to an evaluation.
She was charged with aggravated battery on law enforcement and felony criminal mischief.
