Texas Man Threatens Delivery Driver with Rifle Because Pizza Was Late

A Texas man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly threatened a delivery driver.

Police say Donald Toellner of Houston was angry because his pizza delivery was late on Memorial Day, and threatened the driver with a rifle after refusing to pay for the pizza.

Toellner was arrested and booked in the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $15,000.
